A Taste of Different Tai Chi Styles (Yang, Sun & Chen) with Dr Paul Lam

1-Day Live In-Person Workshop

Curious about the different Tai Chi styles?

Join Dr Paul Lam, Founder of the Tai Chi for Health Institute (TCHI) for an enjoyable and accessible workshop exploring a few key movements from major styles, including Yang, Sun and Chen. You don't need any prior experience beyond one Tai Chi for Health program to attend. This workshop is designed for everyone.

Every Tai Chi style has its own special qualities. Discover how each style offers a unique “flavour,” even when all follow the same fundamental principles. You will gain fresh insights, strengthen your Qi, and deepen your enjoyment of Tai Chi without requiring you to learn full forms, all in a relaxed and supportive environment. It is a fun way to experience different flavours.

Anyone can participate! To help you enjoy and learn more, complimentary 1-year access to the following bundle of Online Tai Chi lessons programs (valued at US$99) will be provided to all participants as part of your fee:

  • Tai Chi for Rehabilitation
  • Tai Chi for Diabetes
  • Tai Chi for Memory
  • Tai Chi for Heart Conditions

Come and experience a taste of different Tai Chi styles. You may be surprised by how much you learn!

How Will I Benefit from this Workshop?

Over 500 medical studies have shown tai chi improves muscular strength, flexibility and fitness; as well as improved relaxation, balance, immunity and other health benefits. However, studies don't show anywhere near the full extent of benefits tai chi can bring - such as empowering you to develop inner peace, strength and power, leading to more happiness and fulfilment.

Dr Lam loves sharing the enjoyment and health benefits of tai chi. Thousands of people travel around the world to attend his workshops. He has found the key elements of tai chi to help you develop your tai chi with nearly 50 years experience and research.

You can expect to improve your tai chi significantly and learn good skills and knowledge at his friendly and interactive workshops. You would also enjoy working with Dr Lam and his colleagues.
