Yang Cheng Fu’s ‘Ten Essential Points’

 

Dr Paul Lam and Master Kam Lau Fung Yang Cheng-Fu’s was one of the most significant figures in the 1930’s. He became known as the father of modern Tai Chi. He was the grandson of the creator of the Yang style of Tai Chi, Yang Lu Chan. Yang Cheng-Fu taught numerous students and is widely acclaimed as one of the greatest masters of Tai Chi and the person most responsible for developing and promoting Tai Chi outside China.
