Bio

Passionate about Tai Chi and firm believer that Tai Chi has the answer to almost all the issues that are there with urban life, stress, anxiety, sleep disorders, physical and lifestyle imbalance to name a few, I have been through all these issues myself and Tai Chi has cured me.
I am a person with many hobbies but it took me more than 30 years to find something to which I can dedicate my life, Tai Chi has become what I was looking for, glad I found it, even more that I found the institute where my beliefs resonate with this institutes philosophy.
Learning Tai Chi will be life long process, so as I continue on this journey I have committed myself to spreading it as far and wide as I can under the able guidance my Teachers.
