The 22nd Annual USA Tai Chi Workshop

Presented by Dr Paul Lam with USTCC

Learn or enhance your tai chi in an interactive and positive setting. Enjoy the small, individualized classes, fun activities and the camaraderie from our tai chi family/community in person.

Tai chi is one of the greatest tools to empower everyone to better health and stronger immunity. 27 years ago, Dr Lam's team held the first Annual Week-long Tai Chi Workshop in Sydney, to be followed a few years later by the USA. Instructors work with small groups using Dr Lam's interactive learner-friendly teaching method. These workshops have helped numerous participants improve their tai chi to enjoy better quality of life. What’s more, they have discovered and become a member of our global community to share and help each other. That is why many travel thousands of miles to these life-changing workshops every year!

Message from Dr Paul Lam

Founder of the Tai Chi for Health Institute (TCHI)

"We are looking forward to enjoying the Tai Chi energy and magic in-person. I enjoyed the interaction via Zoom during the pandemic years. Coming back to in-person workshops makes everyone appreciate the power and pleasure of personal energy. That in turn enhances Zoom meetings like the Monthly TCHI Instructors Forum. I am sure you will love this workshop. My team and I can’t wait to see you! Please register as soon as possible to ensure your chosen class. Catch up with old friends and meet new friends.

Come to the pre-conference workshop as well. You will get the synergy of both, as well as a discount for participating in both workshops.

My workshop team, Pat, Ernie and Linda will be delighted to answer your questions and help with your choice."

Message from Johnny Packard

President of United States Tai Chi Community (USTCC)

"The United States Tai Chi Community is honored to co-sponsor Dr. Lam’s Annual USA Workshops, June 2024, marking 22 years. If you are considering attending your first week-long workshop, look forward to deepening your tai chi practice while learning from Dr. Lam and a committed team of Master and Senior Trainers. You are sure to make new friends in class, among them the 2024 USTCC.ORG Scholars.

Experienced week-long attendees return for the inspirational talks, beautiful demonstrations, and fun social activities that create personal transformation. It’s all happening on the tranquil grounds of Pacific University where you can practice outdoors beneath towering Redwoods or walk into town to take in the vibrant farmers market.

How wonderful it will be to reunite with our tai chi friends and family. Register for the tai chi experience of a lifetime in Forest Grove (near Portland), Oregon."
