Tai Chi for Memory: An Empowering Program for Everyone!
What is Tai Chi for Memory?
Studies have shown Tai Chi improves memory and brain health. Dr Lam's team merged medical research and traditional Chinese medicine with Tai Chi to create an easy to learn program. It is especially useful for people with memory loss, Alzheimer's disease, or similar conditions.
- Caring for people with memory loss is challenging for carers and family; this mind-body program engages everyone for a quality time together. It can help improve most aspects of health including balance, immunity and relaxation, and can be practised and enjoyed by anyone.

What To Wear
Please wear loose layered comfortable clothes and flat shoes suitable for exercise.
Two day Tai Chi for Memory Instructor Certification Workshop
When registering online: If you are already a certified instructor, you will need to login to the website to register for this workshop. Use the "Lost Password" link to reset you password if you are having difficulties logging onto this website.
Do you need to update an existing certification?: All Tai Chi for Health Programs can be updated at this workshop by prior arrangement. Please contact Linda Arksey for further details for costs and the required paperwork.
Certified Board Instructor fee is required on successful certification.

Cancellations are subject to an administration fee/cost of materials supplied prior to January 6, 2019 after this cancellations will be refunded at 50% of fee paid.
Participants should order Tai Chi for Memory DVD and Teaching Effectively book after registration – discount code for 20% and order information will be provided upon receipt of payment.
It is required that participants purchase and study the Tai Chi for Memory DVD prior to the workshop.
Cost
Cost includes Workshop Certificate, am and pm snacks.
After registration details of lunch arrangements and menu will be sent. You can choose to bring your own lunch, or order and pay for the delivery to the venue from a local supplier.
