This is an update/recertification workshop for the Tai Chi for Arthritis and Tai Chi for Arthritis for Falls Prevention programs.
Please register by February 10, 2019 in order to have time to complete the update assignment.
CEU Credits are available: Recertification: 7 contact hours for CEUs for Physical Therapists (PTs & PTAs), Occupational Therapists (OTs & OTAs), Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Licensed Mental Health Technicians (LMHTs), and American College of Sports Medicine Certified Professionals (ACSMPs).
Cost
The cost for updating is $125. Early Bird: $100, if payment is received by February 1.
Just for Fun: $60. Early Bird is $50, if payment is received by February 1.
CEUs: $20 processing fee.
