Tai Chi for Memory: An Empowering Program for Everyone!
What is Tai Chi for Memory?
Studies have shown Tai Chi improves memory and brain health. Dr Lam's team merged medical research and traditional Chinese medicine with Tai Chi to create an easy to learn program. It is especially useful for people with memory loss, Alzheimer's disease, or similar conditions.
- Caring for people with memory loss is challenging for carers and family; this mind-body program engages everyone for a quality time together. It can help improve most aspects of health including balance, immunity and relaxation, and can be practised and enjoyed by anyone.

Prepare by working with the Tai Chi for Memory DVD as much as possible.
What To Wear
Please wear loose layered comfortable clothes and flat shoes suitable for exercise.
This is a Two Day Certificate Workshop
£230 - Standard cost.
£195 - Early bird discount if paid before 27th May 2019
Cost includes Tai Chi for Memory DVD, Certificate, morning and afternoon teas.
Registration deadline is 12th July, 2019
Cancellations are subject to an administration fee/cost of materials supplied prior to 12th July after this cancellations will be refunded at 50% of fee paid.
Certified Board Instructor fee is required on successful certification unless you are already a certified board instructor.
