Please wear loose comfortable clothing and flat shoes suitable for exercise. Please no backless sandels or flipflops.

Registration Fee includes completion certificate(s) and TCR Instructor Resource Book - to maintain an earth friently environment, participants may want to bring their own drinks. To address any special dietary needs, each participant should bring their own snacks.
Participants should order Tai Chi for Rehabiliation DVD and/or Teaching Effectively book. 20% code applies to ordering any material associated with this workshop. Please call 906-217-2000 and use code MTWS20. It is required that participants purchase and study the DVD prior to the workshop. The Teaching Effectively book is recommended but not required.
CEU Credits –13 (TCR) contact hours for CEUs for Physical Therapists (PTs & PTAs), Occupational Therapists (OTs and OTAs), Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Licensed Mental Health Technicians (LMHT), & American College of Sports Medicine Certified Professionals (ACSMP). $35 extra charge for CEU Certificate (ACE Qualifications for CEUs have to be submitted by individual participant)
