October 2026 — Oral Presentation at CAG2026

I’m honoured to have presented Full Circle Vitality: A Community-Based, Cross-Cultural Model for Active Aging at the 55th Annual Scientific and Educational Meeting of the Canadian Association on Gerontology (CAG2026) in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.

Inspired by community connections and a whole-person approach to aging, Full Circle Vitality brings together mindful movement, reflection, and social connection to support physical, emotional, and social well-being in community settings. The presentation shared my developing model and its potential to contribute to more inclusive, meaningful, and connected experiences of aging.
