Books are invaluable in learning, and without them our society would never progress to where we are now. Instructional DVD have significant advantages over books especially when you are learning a movement based exercise like tai chi. My latest DVDs are designed as virtual lessons, you feel as though you are with me in my class. You have extra advantages than my class participants – you can stop me anytime, repeat any part and you can go to any segment you wish.beach

In these DVDs, I will guide you, step-by-step, through each movement. I will teach you the forms from different angles — with close ups, repetitions and diagrammed illustrations — while dividing each form into small sections so you can follow along with ease. Throughout the lessons, I will explain the tai chi principles and how to use them to improve your tai chi.

At the end of the DVD, I demonstrate the entire set with both front- and back-on views, so that you can follow me and practice with me for as often as you wish.

Over the years, I have met numerous people who have learned tai chi from my instructional DVDs and gain great enjoyment and better health. You can read real life stories of them at my monthly Newsletter. One lady told me that her arthritis is deteriorating and feeling old, then she learned my Tai Chi for Arthritis through my DVD. She says that her arthritis pain was relieved and energized and now enjoying her life again – she ends with “I am 99 years old.”TCA 220new

Naturally the ideal way to learn is by having the best teacher, the best book and the most appropriate DVD. Many people told me that they would learn more from a well-produced DVD than a bad teacher. A good way to find out is to give it a try!
